Parish Center Rental

St. Mary's Parish Center, located in the school basement, is available for rental for family gatherings and weddings.

Rental Fees

Rental fee depends upon the event size and the individuals renting.  See the amounts below.  A cleaning and damage deposit fee of $100.00 is also paid by the Renter (in a separate check) as part of the rental agreement.

Rental Forms

Below are the rental forms to be filled out.  The rental agreement contains the regulations to which the renter agrees.  The Contract is signed with the cost of your event. The Facility Usage / Indemnity Agreement is required for insurance purposes. The Alcohol Policy applies if your event will have alcohol.

Regulations for the Use of St. Mary's Parish Center


  1. Reservations, payments and deposits are to be made in advance with the Parish Secretary. The Rental fee must be paid within 5 days to confirm date desired. Cancellations must be made 72 hours (three days) before the event in order to have full refund of rental and cleaning fees. 
  2. The Renter shall get the key to the Parish Center from the Parish Secretary no earlier than the day before the event. 
  3. For evening activities, the Parish Center shall be cleared by 1:00 am, unless special permission is obtained from the Pastor. 
  4. A cleaning and damage deposit fee of $100.00 shall be paid by the Renter (in a separate check) as part of this rental agreement. After any event, the hall kitchen and restrooms are to be swept and cleaned. The parking lot must be cleaned as well. All the garbage should be bagged and disposed of in the Parish dumpster (located on the east side of the Church by the basement door). Refund of the cleaning deposit will be made upon a satisfactory inspection of the premises by a parish representative following the event. The deposit will be lost if there is any damage. Serious damage will result in a bill for repairs at replacement cost.
  5. The Renter agrees to assume responsibility for all and any damages to the building and/or its contents during the Renter’s event. For insurance purposes, a “Facility Usage-Indemnity Agreement” must be signed by the Renter (or due representative) before a Rental Agreement is made. A “hold Harmless-Indemnity Agreement” must be provided by Vendors where food is catered into the Parish Center, naming St. Mary’s Parish and the Archdiocese of Omaha as insured.
  6. Removal of any property from the Parish Center by parishioners or non-parishioners is prohibited. This includes chairs and tables. 
  7. Policing the Parish Center shall be the responsibility of the Renter and not that of the Parish personnel or Parish representative. 
  8. There shall be no smoking permitted at any time in the Parish Center. 
  9. Throwing rice or bird seed, etc. is not allowed on Parish ground. Any decorations put up in the Parish Center by the Renter must be removed before a refund of the cleaning deposit will be made. 
  10. No decorations of any kind may be attached to the walls or ceiling. Do not use staples or tacks on the tables, although tape is permitted. All decorations must be taken down and disposed of after the event. 
  11. If music is provided, the noise level should be moderate, since this is in a residential zone.

  18. Take trash to dumpster 
  19. Tables and chairs are to be wiped off and returned to the previous arrangement. 
  20. Black marks on floor: DO NOT use liquid or abrasive cleaner to remove black marks on the floor. Use your non-marking shoe or tennis ball on stick provided in the box in the kitchen storage room.
