Rental of our Facility

Rental fee for Parishioners of Saint Joseph's Parish to use the Church basement is $50.00/day payable to Saint Joseph Catholic Church, P.O. Box 898, Ponca, Nebraska, 68770. The rental fee for non-parishioners is $100.00/day.

Guidelines for Using Church Facilities

• Renters are asked to provide and use your own paper products.
• Renters may NOT use the Gemini coffee system or the Coffee King coffee products. You MAY use the Mr. Coffee 10-cup coffee maker or the 30-cup electric coffee pots. Please bring your own coffee.
• Renters may rearrange the tables and chairs to fit your occasion, however, when you are finished you are asked to return the tables to the arrangement in which you found them.
• Renters are asked to take out all of the garbage from your event and place the bags in the dumpsters on the south side of the church building.
• Renters are asked to vacuum the floors in the basement and in general leave the basement in the condition in which you found it.
• Please do NOT adjust the setting of the water heater.
• Please keep in mind the weekend and/or daily Mass schedules are the priority of the building.
